Another good caught scene of the daily life in China. I believe that elñ B& W is a good election for these photos!
Aussie: Thank you Jose Angel
It dose look good in B/W did you have breaky
Aussie: No, I wasn't about to take a risk.
More previous century reporting? This is another good capture of a street scene that has completely disappeared from western cities.
Aussie: By the time I came back the ladies had gone and no doubt they had sold all their wares. This was next door to a high rise building site and there were 7 concrete trucks lined up waiting to drop of their loads.
This could have been taken 100 years ago, Aussie, I'm sure!!
Aussie: A lot of the places we were had areas that I'm sure had not changed in years.
Beautiful timeless shot Aussie. I like the soft tones here!
Aussie: Thank you Richard, I used one of the glow filters but don't remember which one.
Love the simplicity of this - the composition is good and they look completely immersed in their task. Great in b/w.
Ingrid
Aussie: The wall was a pale pink which looked really odd in colour.
Great travelogue stuff Aussie
Aussie: Thanks Chris, there is quite a bit of twiddling to this image. Conversion, filter clone etc.
A fine scene for a well composed B&W
Like the B&W processing, it brings out the mood and atmosphere in this shot. Fantastic image!
Simply fantastic, Aissie. The combination of 'a snapshot of daily life' and B&W works a treat.
A timeless quality. Superb
i particularly like your use of the slow shutter speed giving just the hint of motion to the scene, great one Aussie
I love scenes from daily living. This is marvelous Aussie.
Another wonderful snapshot of life.
This is a great candid, I love the way you did do these in B&W, great tones, love the series.
Better in B&W Aussie than one would see in colour on a documentary. I've never thought I would ever buy anything from one of these food outlets, my tummy is too precious.
Another goodun Aussie. The building in the background is a depressing affair!
Great picture and composition. People going about their business.
I find the soft look interesting, but it being a yesteryear kind of picture - I would also like to see it converted to b&w infrared with some grain.
I love the processing here. Your choice to produce this in a black and white photograph works perfectly. Wonderful shot of street life.
