Granny Towanda! grin
I like the colour in the petals, not seen this type of lily before.
Aussie: Native to South America. Hippeastrum (green apple/Apple Blossum) Up to 6 on one stem and look fantastic if you have a large clump of them.

It is not a lily?
Aussie: Hippeastrum (got the spelling correct today) Green Apple/Apple Blossom is the name of the colour. They are a bulb native to South America and is a member of the lily family. They come in lots of different colour. I saw my first pure white one at the weekend and was tempted to knock on the door and ask if she wanted to swap a few bulbs. I have the bright red (Red Lion), dark red (Mondays pic) called Chillean Lily the one apple one and a pale pink one. There is a yellow one but I have never seen them.
Lovely picture, I love that green centre.
Beautiful!! But if you are an asthma sufferer they can be deadly as my daughter will testify...we have to cut the anthers off~!
So many different lilies, I don't think I could pick a favourite They are all gorgeous smile
