This is my all time favourite bee shot and I have to confess it was an accident of sorts. Just after i spent way over budget on a macro lens, I was advised to focus on a flower you know the bees are attracted to, wait until they come into frame and shoot. I pressed to hard when I was focusing, took a shot and  this was the result. I took heaps of bee shots that day, but this was the best and I had not even realized he was there.

Ripper of a shot aus. I would be tempted to give a slight haircut to remove the green but it does not detract from the shot. very nice work.
